ClearCert® was created in response to three national training requirements that carriers are legally responsible for validating: the 2004 National Flood Insurance Act, the 2006 update to the NAIC Long Term Care Insurance Model Act, and the 2010 NAIC Suitability in Annuities Regulation.
ClearCert® is not a training provider. We do not create or administer any courses.
Our role is to act as the industry’s clearinghouse by verifying whether completed training meets the carrier’s regulatory requirements.
Producers who sell or sell against any of these products must be certified before discussing them with clients, including long-term care combo or hybrid products. ClearCert® is the industry’s only national certification platform that allows producers to confirm that their training satisfies carrier requirements across all three mandates.
