SUBSCRIPTION RENEWALS
Unless otherwise agreed, subscriptions renew automatically for successive terms upon the anniversary date. 

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS

All Resident State and National plans are on an annual membership and can be cancelled at any time either by turning off automatic renewal or cancelling the subscription. 

REFUNDS

With no exceptions, refunds will not be granted to subscribers who have generated a report from their dashboard in any capacity. All other refunds will remain on a per case basis at the discretion of ClearCert.

LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES/ADVERTISEMENTS
As a convenience for our users, ClearCert sites may contain links to third party sites. Links also may be included in third-party advertisements on our sites. These third-party sites are not under the control of ClearCert and ClearCert is not responsible for the content or accuracy of those sites. With the exception of the content of Web sites identified as being co-sponsored by ClearCert, the provision of a link and/or the display of an advertisement is not to be interpreted as an endorsement of the site, its sponsor or its products.
